Dreamforce 2026: What to Expect

Dreamforce 2026 runs September 15–17 at Moscone Center in San Francisco. Tens of thousands of people will be in the building, and many more will follow the keynotes for free on Salesforce+. We’ll be there. But whether you’re attending in person or tuning in from your desk, the real question isn’t what Salesforce will announce. It’s what your team will actually need to build once those announcements are made. Here’s what’s coming up and what it means for the teams who will be putting these changes into action in Q4 and beyond.

The theme: the agentic enterprise

This year’s agenda centers on one main idea: becoming an agentic enterprise. This isn’t just a repeat of last year’s message. In recent events, Salesforce has launched a new Agentforce generation each time, and for Dreamforce 2026, everyone expects the next version, with even deeper agent features across Sales, Service, and the industry clouds. One area to watch closely is Headless 360. This feature opens up the platform—CRM, Data 360, and Slack—as APIs, MCP tools, and CLI commands, allowing agents to take action without needing a person in a browser. It has its own keynote track and will also appear in architect, developer, and admin sessions. There will also be a keynote conversation between Marc Benioff and Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei about combining Claude’s reasoning with Salesforce data. If your organization has been running AI pilots next to your CRM instead of within it, you should watch this session.

What else is on the schedule

  • Main keynote — Benioff and guests, streaming live on Salesforce+ for anyone not in San Francisco.
  • Customer use cases — a much heavier emphasis this year on organizations running agentic AI in production, not in demo.
  • One-to-one Agentforce and Slack sessions — book time with product experts against your own use case.
  • 240+ community roundtables, plus a dedicated Community Keynote and a full community zone for user groups and first-timers.
  • Hands-on training and certification — the strongest argument for attending in person rather than streaming.
  • Dreamfest — USHER and Gwen Stefani this year, benefiting UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital.

If you're attending, build your agenda before you land. With well over a thousand sessions across three days, the people who get the most out of Dreamforce are the ones who shortlisted sessions in Agenda Builder a week early.

The part nobody puts on a slide: who builds it

Every Dreamforce produces the same pattern. Leadership comes back energized, a roadmap gets rewritten in October, and by November someone asks the uncomfortable question: who is actually going to do this work? Agentic architecture raises the bar on that question. Standing up agents that touch real customer data isn't a config exercise. It needs people who understand data model design, integration patterns, security and sharing, and how to test a system whose behavior isn't fully deterministic. That's senior Salesforce work, and the U.S. market for it is tight and expensive.

Three ways we close that gap

  • Nearshore Staff Augmentation: We provide pre-vetted LATAM engineers who join your team, work your hours, and fit into your existing process. Our expertise covers Salesforce, Python, .NET, JavaScript, Java, QA, and DevOps. Because they’re in the same time zones, you get real collaboration instead of late-night handoffs. We handle contracts, payments, vacation, and holidays so your managers can focus on managing engineers, not paperwork.
  • IT Recruiting: If you want to hire someone directly, we handle the search and give you a shortlist of pre-evaluated candidates. Each candidate goes through our 360° evaluation process, which includes hard-skill testing, a technical challenge reviewed by a senior expert, and a recorded soft-skill interview assessed by HR. You only interview finalists, not every applicant.
  • Software Development: We handle work that connects to Salesforce but isn’t built inside it. This includes integrations, automations, internal tools, and MVPs. Our services cover business analysis, QA, implementation, training materials, and three months of post-launch support.

All three services share the same focus: Salesforce plus Python, .NET, and JavaScript, which we call the ForcePynets stack. We only recruit in technologies we have used ourselves, so our evaluations are reliable. We have evaluated over 3,000 candidates, process more than 250 each month, and have a network of over 15,000 pre-qualified professionals. For teams already running Salesforce that need ongoing configuration, data management, release support, and reporting — rather than a full build team —we also offer managed services on a recurring engagement, which is worth raising on a call if that's closer to your situation.

If you're going to Dreamforce

A few things that make the trip pay off:

  • Lock your agenda early. Shortlist sessions in Agenda Builder before you travel.
  • Go to the roundtables. The peer conversations are where you hear what actually broke during someone else's rollout.
  • Leave with a capacity plan, not just a wish list. For every initiative you get excited about, write down who builds it and by when. That single column is what separates a 2027 roadmap that ships from one that gets rewritten.

Let's talk in San Francisco — or after

We'll be at Dreamforce September 15–17. If you're going and want to talk through what your roadmap will need in engineering capacity, we'd rather have that conversation in person. And if you're watching from your desk, the conversation is just as useful in October, once the announcements have landed and you're sizing the work.👉 Book a free discovery call.
